The land plot has a privileged position on the hillside right opposite to Hora in the district called “Thimonies”. It was purchased after a thorough investigation of the island’s land market. Its main advantages are :

• The proximity.  It is in a walking distance of 10 minutes from the centre of Hora.
• The easy access. It is easily accessed by a car, close to the island’s main road, and the nearby bus stop and surrounded by the island’s old footpaths, once someone is ready to discover the island’s wilderness.

• The view. The site has unobstructed view to the picturesque Hora, the famous church of Panagia on the island’s rock, the Aegean Sea not to mention the islands of Paros, Antiparos , Naxos and Sikinos.
• The relief. The inclination of the plot allowed us to situate the houses on different levels in order to preserve their independency from one another.
